Stuff.

OK, so it never did snow. Thank goodness for that, but it did rain like mad. Good for the garden, as they say. Hey I'm not complaining. I don't have to go out and shovel rain. It's been fairly nice for the past couple of days so I think Spring is finally here!!!

Oh so many things to do, so little time. I took two "flat rate" priority mail boxes L-O-A-D-E-D with beanie babies to the post office this morning. Wait. Did I forget to tell you about that?? Guess I did. I have begun to "spring clean". Translate that as get rid of stuff. And I have alot of stuff. Mainly located in the attic. My home is VERY neat except for the attic where I swear things multiply up there while I am not looking! While in my attic, I found TWO EXTRA LARGE tubs of beanie babies. TWO. Did I mention they were LARGE containers. Oh, the embarrassment. I remember all too well driving all over creation buying them. Had. To. Have. Them. I obsessed on them. Now I am stuck with them. Face facts, by the time they become the "collector's item" and go for HUNDREDS (HA!!) at a Christie's auction, I will be approaching age 100. I found a great donation site that sends them to Iraq to the soldiers, and they distribute them to the children. A very nice thing to do in my book. So 50+ of them are flying to sunny AZ for dispersal. P.S. Beanies are very heavy when grouped together. They weighed in at 7 pounds each!!! That's 14 pounds of beanie babies!!! Wow!

OK, I need to get some more things done around here!
