I don't know about you, but I am sick of Winter. There I said it. Old Man Winter is rearing his ugly head here in the Northeast! We have had two days now of FREEZING cold weather with wind that makes the temp below zero. I for one, am ready to break out the capri pants and short sleeve tops in fun colors and enjoy some sun!!!
The verdict on yesterday's supper?? DELICIOUS!!!! Look at yesterday's post for the link to the recipe blog!!! This woman is a veggie genius!! I made the English "Sausage" Rolls, and served them with a salad and homemade baked beans leftover from the weekend (much to Mark's dismay that he had to eat them again!!) I had another roll for lunch today!!
Strangely enough, I have been craving British food. Yes, you read that right. Being a true Anglophile, I love all things British, including the chow! I think it is because Crufts (the UK Kennel Club dog show) starts tomorrow. We were going to go, but then changed plans and while I don't regret the decision, there is a wee part of me that wishes I was there. If you love dogs, it is truly an awesome if not overwhelming experience to witness.
On some studio news, I have been working on a NEW SERIES and when you see it, be prepared to have your socks knocked off. I love every bead, and color combo and would have no problem keeping the lot, except there are bills to pay!!! Look for it soon. I just might post pieces as I complete them, for your viewing pleasure.
OK, onto planning something for supper tonight. How can I torture Mark with healthy food this evening??? (evil grin)
