Monday, Monday

I hope everyone had a nice weekend.....I sure did! Today is back to the drawing board...ahhhh Monday. I ran my errnads and now I am picking up the studio after this weekend "creative surge". I'm looking forward to messing it up more this week. I have several new collections in mind....... Speaking of that, the entire new collection titled "The Art of Travel - The Pacific Northwest" is going to the gallery...yes, EVERY piece but.......I will be posting it soon for your viewing pleasure and if you see anything you like/want/absolutely have to me and I'll put you in touch with the gallery for a purchase. She ships all over the country, so it shouldn't be a problem!!

Well, the sun was shining a few minutes ago, and now it is pouring out. Glad I fed the girls and took them outside before the rain started. It is true about what they say about New England weather. wait a minute and it will change! I never mind the rain though.......

Over the weekend, I experimented with a little Thai cooking. In Seattle, my friend Nui showed me how to make a noodle dish and I came home eager to try it out on my willing (or not so willing) guiena pig, Mark. Happily, all is well and he has survived, and he actually said it came out pretty good!! :) Of course, I had to run to the Asian market for most of the ingredients. It was a tad much to choose from, but I found everything except the noodles (yes, that's right, the main ingredient) but I did a substitution and it worked out fine! Now I have plenty of supplies for MORE attempts!! Tonight I am making Mexican (OLE!!) and we'll see if he survives. For some reason he says my Meixcan cooking makes him ill.......sure, right.......

Well, I guess that's all the news for now........Did anyone see the 3D version of "Nightmare Before Christmas"???? I'm curious to see if it was as good in 3D as the original. Leave a comment if you did!! Ok, enough procrastinating....back to work!
